Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking Trailer Attendants to greet and assist donors at donation trailer sites. You will unload donations, issue receipts, and help sort and store items in the trailer while keeping the area clean and secure.

These roles require outdoor work, potential heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, and work across varying hours by location. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unloading donations from donor vehicles and offering/issuing a receipt for every donor.
• Sorting and storing donations in the trailer
• Maintaining cleanliness, order and security of the trailer area at all times
