Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or thrift store experience.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to use a computer/tablet for job duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors warmly and with respect.
• Be friendly and engaging throughout the donation experience.
• Explain donation guidelines and why some items cannot be accepted.
• Unload donations from donors' vehicles and sort into bins.
• Provide electronic receipts via QR code or email.
• Maintain clean, organized reception and loading area.
• Assist with other thrift store duties as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate donation counts.
