Job summary

• Highly organized and service-minded professional who can manage details, deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Clear and professional communication with donors and colleagues.

• Familiarity with databases/administrative systems and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor recognition programs, gift societies, stewardship activities and related initiatives.
• Maintain donor records and generate reports using the division’s CRM system.
• Support donor events: registration, nametags, signage, materials, seating and onsite execution.
• Oversee promotional materials, inventory, licensing, and vendor coordination for events and programs.
• Assist with schedules, operational planning, metrics, and process improvements.
• Provide excellent donor service and collaborate with various teams across University Advancement.
