Responsibilities

• Communicate with a portfolio of mid-level donors via multiple channels.
• Identify donor needs and execute engagement strategies to retain support.
• Route questions to management or client teams as appropriate.
• Respond to donor communications promptly and complete stewardship tasks weekly.
• Engage donors knowledgeably, leveraging moves management and donor data.
• Document engagement progress and preferences in donor tracking software.
• Participate in client calls and quarterly training.
• Conduct donor research and support reporting activities.
