Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia seeks a team member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale in our retail stores. You will process items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality control and timely handling of donations.

Responsibilities include sorting donations, assisting guests, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with at least 1+ year of production experience being advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale.
• Process goods quickly to meet production goals.
• Maintain professional, guest-focused attitude at all times.
• Sort donations into designated categories and assist management as needed.
• Participate in required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
