Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• 2+ years working in a front desk lobby environment greeting customers, the public, and guests.
• 2+ years of administrative support experience.
• 2+ years performing entry of critical data into a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and complete registration process according to SOPs, and AABB and FDA guidelines.
• Reschedule registered donors for future appointments and support recruitment initiatives.
• Answer all inbound calls and route to designated individuals; greet visitors and vendors per expectations.
• Maintain donor data in the CRM and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Exemplify BBD’s customer service mission and core values.
