Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.
• Physical requirements: bending, stooping, crouching, reaching.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Fine motor coordination and hearing at distance.
• Glove use due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet visitors promptly with strong customer service.
• Assist donors with appointments and pull donor records as needed.
• Provide customer service to donors and co-workers.
• Maintain orderly filing system and purge records when needed.
• Assist center management in identifying opportunities to improve center processes.
