Job summary

Goodwill North Central Wisconsin is seeking a team member to greet donors, unload donations, and maintain organized backroom operations. You will safely load/unload trailers, operate power equipment such as stackers and forklifts, and ensure accurate daily counts of donations.

Flexibility for holidays, evenings, and weekends is required. Responsibilities include sorting donations, labeling and preparing items for transport, and performing general cleaning tasks to maintain a safe work

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with donations.
• Unload donations from vehicles safely.
• Maintain accurate daily counts of donations.
• Load/unload trailers.
• Operate power equipment (stacker, pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper, forklift).
• Keep backroom clean, organized and stocked.
• Sort donations into correct categories.
• Replace and label full gaylords; assist with transport preparations.
• Follow proper pallet jack and compactor operation.
