This position combines accurate donor database administration with practical event coordination. Approximately 75% of the role focuses on donor records, gift processing, acknowledgments, and reporting; 25% supports event registration, ticketing, logistics, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience managing donor records, gifts, pledges, and acknowledgments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor, membership, gift, pledge, tribute, and engagement records.
• Process gifts and prepare timely acknowledgments.
• Generate fundraising reports and support CFO reconciliation.
• Prepare mailing lists and coordinate acknowledgments and appeals.
• Provide donor and prospect information to development staff.
• Review records and protect confidential information.
