Lakeshore College seeks a Development & Donor Relations Coordinator to advance fundraising initiatives by managing donor relationships, scholarship programs, and alumni engagement. The role emphasizes stewardship and annual giving campaigns.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of related experience, with opportunities to grow through collaborations with campus partners and donors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of related occupational experience required.
• Note: may consider alternative education/experience per equivalency guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage an assigned portfolio of annual, mid-level, and scholarship donors with fundraising, stewardship, and engagement goals.
• Lead all stages of the donor cycle from identification to renewal for assigned donors.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to strengthen donor relationships and increase giving.
• Conduct donor visits, meetings, presentations, and stewardship activities.
• Lead prospect research to identify new giving prospects and prioritise them.
• Coordinate stewardship and donor communications within CRM and with Foundation staff.
• Support Director in major gift cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
