Job summary

The Donor Database Manager at Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada will oversee donor data administration, reporting, and gift tracking to support fundraising goals. The role collaborates with the Chief Development Officer, Finance, Marketing, and program staff to ensure accurate records and timely acknowledgments.

Responsibilities include managing DonorPerfect records, donor segmentation, campaign reporting, and development dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; 3+ years in nonprofit development operations.
• Experience with DonorPerfect strongly preferred; advanced Excel, reporting, segmentation, and data-quality skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive donor and board information with discretion.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Administer DonorPerfect donor and prospect records and relationships.
• Coordinate gifts, pledges, and acknowledgments; reconcile with Finance.
• Manage donor communications, campaigns, and renewal letters.
• Prepare fundraising dashboards and reports for leadership and committees.
• Train team members on data entry standards and reporting workflows.
• Maintain confidential donor and board information.
