Job summary

Memphis Goodwill INC is seeking a Donation Center Attendant for the N. Gloster ADC in Tupelo, MS. The role requires welcoming donors, unloading donations, and maintaining accurate counts and tax receipts where applicable.

You will help categorize donations, uphold safety standards, and support supplies management on site. The position emphasizes courteous customer service, adherence to policies, and collaboration with the Transportation team for equipment tasks.

Qualifications

• Greet donors promptly and courteously.
• Maintain donor counts and accurate daily tallies.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures on site.
• Manage items by category and ensure proper handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors within 10 seconds and assist unloading donations.
• Ensure accurate donor tracking and reporting of donations.
• Maintain drive-through and ADC site cleanliness and safety standards.
• Order and manage supplies and use equipment safely.
• Support Transportation team with equipment deliveries/pickups when needed.
• Follow Memphis Goodwill policies and Guiding Principles.
• Participate in training and related activities as assigned.
