Responsibilities

• Ensures 100% donor and customer delight.
• Greets donors promptly within 10 seconds; assists unloading donations from vehicles, offers tax receipts, and maintains accurate daily counts of donations.
• Responsible for the stewardship of all donated items, ensuring donations remain property of Memphis Goodwill and are not used personally.
• Breaks down donations into categories.
• Maintains drive-through and ADC site in accordance with image and safety standards.
• Orders and maintains supplies efficiently; secures and uses supplies properly.
• Follows all Memphis Goodwill policies and safety procedures; reports safety hazards and injuries.
