Job summary

A local nonprofit organization is seeking a Donation Center Attendant to ensure excellent customer service at its donation centers in New York. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of customer service experience. Responsibilities include greeting donors, receiving donations, maintaining a clean work area, and providing excellent service while adhering to all safety protocols. A valid driver's license and experience in retail are preferred. The role requires physical activity and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years prior retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
