Job summary

Goodwill March - Stockton is seeking a part-time Donor Greeter to welcome donors, accept donations, and issue receipts, while ensuring safe handling and proper staging of items in Stockton, CA.

Under supervision of store management, you will enter donor counts, label materials, and help keep the warehouse and work area organized; weekend and evening shifts may be required.

This role emphasizes friendly service, safety, and accuracy in processing donations.

Qualifications

• Six months customer service experience required.
• Six months material handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide courteous customer service.
• Record and maintain donor counts electronically.
• Handle donated materials safely to maximize value.
• Label and scan containers in the warehouse management system.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with trash disposal and ensure attendance as required.
• May perform secondary duties as assigned.
