Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a Warehouse/Donation Center Associate to greet donors, unload donations, and help keep the backroom organized. You will count donations daily, load/unload trailers, and operate equipment such as a pallet jack and forklift after training.

You'll work in a retail backroom environment with a focus on accuracy, safety, and customer service. This role requires English fluency, reliable transportation, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists donors in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Safely unloads donations from vehicles.
• Maintains accurate daily counts of donations.
• Operates power equipment (stacker, pallet jack, forklift) after training.
• Maintains a clean, safe backroom and assists with cleaning tasks.
• Sorts donations into correct categories and handles labeling.
• Assists with loading/unloading trailers and transport prep.
