Job summary

GreenDrop is hiring a Site Attendant in Leominster, MA. You will interact with donors, collect donations, and ensure a clean, organized site day-to-day. You’ll represent the brand with a friendly, ready-to-help attitude and support the team in delivering excellent service to the community.

The role requires on-site work, physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to the company values. Training is provided, and the environment supports growth with a focus on impact.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work on-site in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a friendly manner while wearing GreenDrop uniform.
• Assist donors with donations and help unload vehicles.
• Record donor information on the company iPad.
• Organize donations in the stock room and keep the site clean.
• Prepare and fill supply orders to keep the site stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
