Job summary

GreenDrop Attendant role at Savers, Inc. in West Chester, PA is a site-based position focused on assisting donors, unloading donations, and maintaining a clean site. You will greet donors in uniform, handle donations, and record donor information on an iPad.

Qualifications

• Must be able to be on-site during working hours.
• Ability to interact with donors positively and provide excellent service.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in various seasons.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a friendly manner in GreenDrop uniform.
• Assist donors with donations and help unload from vehicles.
• Record donor information on the iPad and ensure accuracy.
• Assist truck driver during donation pickups and transport items.
• Organize donations in the stock room and keep the site tidy.
• Fill supply orders to keep the site stocked with necessary tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
