Job summary

GreenDrop is hiring a Site Attendant at 831 S Springfield Ave, Springfield, NJ 07081. You will warmly greet donors, assist with donations, unload vehicles, and help keep the site organized and clean.

This on-site, hourly role offers a pay range of $16.75–$20.94 per hour, with benefits including health plans, paid time off, a 401k with company matching, life insurance, and employee discounts. Travel is not required, and you will be part of a purpose-driven team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
• Outstanding ability to interact with people.
• Strong desire to provide excellent service.
• Able and willing to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Positive mindset, punctual, strong sense of urgency and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a friendly manner and assist with donations.
• Record donor information on the company iPad while engaging donors.
• Help unload donations from donors' vehicles and organize items in stock room.
• Maintain cleanliness of the site inside and outside.
• Fill out supply orders to keep the site stocked with necessary tools.
