Job summary

GreenDrop is seeking a Site Attendant to provide exceptional donor services at our Alpharetta, GA location. The role focuses on greeting donors, assisting with donations, and maintaining a clean, organized site during set Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

You will use an iPad to log donor information, work with a team to ensure smooth operations, and uphold our standards of respect, integrity, and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with donors in person.
• Comfort communicating with a diverse range of people.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain a neat work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a friendly, professional manner while in GreenDrop uniform.
• Engage donors in conversation and assist with donations.
• Help unload and organize donated items from donor vehicles.
• Record donor information on the company iPad/tablet.
• Keep the site clean and stocked with supplies.
• Complete supply orders to maintain site readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Must be on-site during scheduled hours.
