Job summary

Savers/GreenDrop in West Chester, PA is seeking a GreenDrop Site Attendant to provide exceptional service to donors, manage donations at the site, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. You will greet donors in our uniform, assist with donations, help unload vehicles, record donor information on an iPad, and support the truck team during pickups.

Qualifications

• Must be able to be on-site during working hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset.

• Strong communication with donors, coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a friendly manner and assist with donations using the bin.
• Assist donors with donations and help unload vehicles.
• Record donor information on the company iPad.
• Support truck pickups and maintain stock room organization.
• Keep the site clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
