Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a large complex organization (e.g., higher education) with donor relations and stewardship experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication tailored to diverse audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of donor relations practices and building donor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead campuswide donor recognition programs and respond to donor inquiries and issues.
• Develop, deliver, and administer recognition and stewardship initiatives at scale.
• Collaborate with Information Strategy and Analytics to support reporting and data integrity.
• Document processes for donor recognition programs and ensure timely stewardship.
• Monitor donor communication channels and coordinate with campus partners on benefits.
