Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor engagement events, invitations, registration, and RSVP tracking.
• Support annual giving and major donor programs and activities.
• Prepare event materials, budgets, and post-event reports for internal teams.
• Collaborate with staff across Strategic Advancement and Houston Public Media.
• Provide administrative support to the Special Events Director as needed.
