Job summary

Guiding Eyes for the Blind is seeking a senior professional to lead Annual Giving & Donor Engagement. You will develop strategies, craft donor journeys, and use analytics to optimize retention and lifetime value.

The role requires leadership across direct mail, digital fundraising, and events, with collaboration across philanthropy, marketing, and partnerships. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive campaigns to meet revenue targets while strengthening donor relationships and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive fundraising experience including annual giving and donor engagement.
• Experience leading direct response, digital fundraising, and donor stewardship programs.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual giving strategies aligning with strategic priorities.
• Design and continually improve the donor journey across annual giving channels.
• Use donor insights and analytics to improve retention and donor lifetime value.
• Lead direct mail, digital fundraising, email, online giving, and integrated campaigns.
• Manage campaign planning, segmentation, testing, vendors, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure fundraising channels provide a seamless donor experience.
• Represent Guiding Eyes to donors, volunteers, partners, and constituents.
• Oversee corporate engagement activities and cultivation efforts.
• Plan and execute special events including the annual Golf Classic.
• Supervise annual giving staff and foster accountability and collaboration.
