Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business with Public Relations or Communications or Marketing emphasis.
• 2-4 years of customer service or related experience.
• Knowledge of Focus on the Family's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Engage constituents via outbound calls to retain donors of monthly pledge programs.
• Thank sustainers for their generosity and re-engage lapsed donors.
• Update donor information and resolve declined credit card issues to enable continued giving.
• Maintain accurate records of constituent interactions in Salesforce and payment systems.
• Prepare and present monthly reporting for leadership and marketing.
• Collaborate in department meetings and campaign planning.
