Job summary

Human Appeal is seeking a Donor Care Agent to maintain relationships with new and existing donors. This on-site role in Irving, TX, involves outbound and inbound calls, email support, and updating donor information in Salesforce.

You will aim to meet KPI targets, process pledge forms, manage renewals, and ensure donors understand how their contributions fund programs locally and internationally. A high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required, with a passion for service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with donor databases is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate outbound and inbound call center activities.
• Handle donor inquiries via telephone and email.
• Maintain donor database in Salesforce.
• Achieve KPI targets.
• Process pledge forms and manage renewals.
• Assist with event-related donor activities.
• Provide excellent donor service and escalate as needed.
• Attend meetings and trainings as directed.
