Job summary

Providence is seeking a Prospect and Systems Management Analyst to support fundraising by managing prospect portfolios, moves through the fundraising pipeline, and optimizing donor engagement.

You will partner with philanthropy officers, perform prospect research using demographic and engagement data, and ensure accurate, actionable reporting.

This role requires data integrity and collaboration across teams to strengthen portfolio performance and advance the Foundation's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Journalism or Public Administration or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a fundraising environment, preferably in prospect management or research.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising efforts by building and optimizing prospect portfolios and pipelines.
• Track moves in the moves management process and provide analysis to strengthen portfolio performance.
• Conduct prospect research to inform cultivation and solicitation strategies and ensure data accuracy.
