Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Greater Houston is seeking a Women’s Philanthropy Program Coordinator in Houston, TX. Reporting to the Director of Women’s Philanthropy, this role supports donor engagement, fundraising initiatives, and program execution across the community.

Key responsibilities include coordinating events, managing giving levels, partnering with volunteers, and overseeing mission experiences, with some evening/weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in nonprofit administration preferred.
• 3–5 years of nonprofit experience in administration, events, or fundraising.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Experience with donor databases and CRM systems.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Women's Philanthropy in donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Plan and execute Women’s Philanthropy events and engagement programs.
• Relaunch and manage the Pomegranate giving level Society with volunteers.
• Coordinate mission experiences and domestic/international trips.
• Maintain CRM records, attendance, and donor activity; report insights.
