Job summary

Trinity Health MI in Grand Rapids seeks a Donor Engagement Officer to manage a portfolio of mid-level and recurring donors, leveraging data analytics to drive engagement and sustainable giving.

You will collaborate with Foundation leadership to expand donor participation, implement targeted campaigns, and grow the donor pipeline toward major gifts, with comprehensive benefits and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field such as event planning, public relations, communications, marketing, or advertising.
• Three to five years of fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, sales, business development, customer relationship management, or related field.
• Experience in annual giving, mid-level giving, donor engagement, donor relations, healthcare philanthropy, or nonprofit fundraising; CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-level and recurring donors through personalized cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and engagement strategies.
• Develop donor acquisition, retention, recapture, and upgrade strategies to strengthen the Foundation's donor pipeline.
• Utilize donor analytics, PRIZM segmentation, giving behavior, and demographic insights to target engagement.
• Lead the Foundation's recurring giving program and growth initiatives.
• Develop mid-level giving strategies to transition donors into major gift portfolios.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to move donors through the philanthropic pipeline.
