Trinity Health Grand Rapids is seeking a Special Gifts Officer to manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors, advancing relationships from identification to stewardship. In collaboration with the Sr.

Director, Special Gifts, you will develop tailored engagement strategies, compose proposals and reports, and drive fundraising goals to support organizational priorities. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, plus 3–5 years in fundraising, will help you succeed in this

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Three to five years of fundraising, development, sales, business development, relationship management, or related experience with demonstrated success building and managing relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Manages a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors using moves-management.
• Conducts donor visits and discovery conversations to qualify prospects and advance the donor pipeline.
• Partners with the Sr. Director, Special Gifts to develop cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
• Engages grateful patients and families through collaboration with physicians and Foundation colleagues.
• Develops proposals, donor correspondence, and impact reports to support fundraising and stewardship efforts.
