Job summary

Wake Forest University is seeking a Coordinator for the Wake Forest Fund to provide administrative, operational, and project management support to the University Advancement team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; ability to learn other systems.
• Experience with databases and high data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for the Wake Forest Fund team.
• Coordinate direct mail, digital fundraising, stewardship, and donor engagement processes.
• Train and supervise student employees; manage queries and data files for fundraising campaigns.
• Collaborate with leadership to update messaging and campaign content; support events for alumni and donors.
