Job summary

You will analyze prospect portfolios, track next steps, and provide data-driven insights to inform strategies for business school prospects.

This role provides administrative, analytical, and project support, coordinating events and communications with internal and external partners, including the Board of Visitors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Board of Visitors logistics, agendas, and meetings.
• Manage acknowledgment letters and related fundraising correspondence.
• Prepare executive-style reports for leadership and the Executive Director.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and development team.
• Coordinate campus visits and alumni/donor events.
• Maintain prospect data and ensure timely action on items in DAD and related systems.
