ACE Scholarships in Denver seeks a Donor Engagement Manager to provide high-level support to the CEO and CDO. This role focuses on donor relations, strategic communications, and logistics management, with occasional travel to donor events.

The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to advance ACE’s mission and fundraising goals. You will manage donor communications, prepare meeting materials, and help coordinate national school choice partnerships, ensuring timely and professional

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and calendar management.
• Experience supporting C-suite or executives in a nonprofit/donor-focused setting preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 15–20% of the year, including evenings/weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor meetings, major gift planning, and fundraising events.
• Prepare briefing materials and donor bios for meetings.
• Draft communications and follow-up notes to donors and stakeholders.
• Manage travel arrangements and calendars for the CEO and CDO.
• Support executive budgeting and expense reporting.
