Job summary

Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame seeks a Development Project Manager to support relational giving strategies and donor growth. You will coordinate development projects, manage content distribution to the network, and oversee targeted engagement with donor groups to advance annual and long-term fundraising goals.

The role includes supervising student interns' outreach, maintaining university relationships, and directly soliciting gifts during campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Experience with donor outreach and engagement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage development projects ensuring timely delivery and coordination.
• Distribute approved development content across digital and mail channels.
• Oversee targeted engagement for specific donor groups and events.
• Lead student intern outreach via phone, email, mail and events.
• Maintain relationships across the university and with donor constituents.
• Directly solicit gifts during campaigns to reach fundraising goals.
