UD is currently seeking a Development Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting the implementation of relational giving cycle strategies for development network growth and cultivation that fosters long term donor relationships and helps achieve short- and long-term fundraising plans through annual restricted and unrestricted support.
The Development Project Manager coordinates the implementation of development projects, executes the distribution of content for the network, and oversees the distribution of particular engagement to segmented donor groups. This role manages the implementation of student interns' personalized outreach to members of the network, maintains relationships across the university, and directly solicits gifts during campaigns.
The Development Project Manager reports to the Assistant Vice President and supports the Development Network Team, particularly with content research, content distribution, and engagement. This position will apply key principles and best practices of higher education advancement, and the role is vital to engaging, retaining, and growing network donors.
