Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; 2 years in nonprofit fundraising preferred.
• Demonstrated organizational, coordination, and relationship management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative donor relations.
• Experience with donor/CRM databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual fund campaigns, workflows, schedules, deliverables, and communications.
• Support development and deployment of annual fund appeals and programs (direct mail, digital, grateful patient, employee giving).
• Prepare reports to track campaign progress and evaluate results.
• Coordinate employee giving and volunteer activities; serve as main planning contact.
