Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and execute successful fundraising campaigns and events.
• Peer-to-peer campaign experience.
• Proven success in cultivating and securing major and planned gifts.
• Proven success in cultivating and securing corporate partnerships.
• Ability to work with diverse sectors, communities and levels to ensure mission alignment and reach.
• Proven success in recruiting and retaining high-level volunteer leaders and board members.
• Experience creating content for social media and email marketing; support donor engagement.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mission Leadership and Impact: Put mission at the forefront; translate impact and opportunities to engage supporters; mobilize volunteers and extend mission programs; ensure CRM data informs strategic plans.
• Diversified Revenue Portfolio: Manage donor revenue portfolio; grow donations; identify corporate partners and alliances; maintain a year-round revenue pipeline including major gifts and planned giving; activate donors through stewardship plans.
• Volunteer Leadership: Identify, recruit and steward volunteer leaders; engage volunteers year-round in mission-driven opportunities; activate candidates for event committees.
