Job summary

March of Dimes in Arlington, VA seeks a Donor Development Specialist to expand and steward donor relationships, drive mission impact, and increase revenue through events and campaigns.

You will maintain a donor portfolio, collaborate with market leadership, and lead DIY and signature events while ensuring data integrity in our CRM/FRED systems. A four-year degree and at least two years of fundraising experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of donor relations or fundraising experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to plan and execute successful events.
• Proficient in donor engagement and stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Place mission at the forefront of all work and communicate impact to supporters.
• Develop and steward donor relationships to grow revenue across the market.
• Execute market event strategy and manage DIY and signature events.
• Collaborate with leadership and volunteers to deliver best-in-class fundraising events.
