Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor27s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in development position preferred.
• Experience with the Raisers Edge donor database or equivalent system required.
• Passion for donor-centered fundraising and stewardship with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The Development Coordinator supports the development efforts through effective donor database management and stewardship.
• Represents the Development Department at community events and liaises with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides centralized team support, maintains accurate donor and patient records, and offers consultative services to hospital services.
• Works independently with minimal guidance and collaborates with providers.
