Job summary

The St. Mary’s Foundation is seeking a Development Coordinator to support donor relations and stewardship. You will manage the donor database, assist with campaigns, and help cultivate new and existing donors while coordinating special projects with the development team.

Based at The St. Mary’s Health Care System, you will work closely with hospital staff and community partners, represent the department at events, and ensure accurate, timely records and reporting to advance fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in development position preferred; Raiser's Edge experience required.
• Strong organizational, time-management and detail-oriented skills; excellent communication and multitasking.
• Must be able to work independently with general guidance and collaborate with hospital staff and community partners.

• Manage donor database and stewardship practices.
• Represent Development Department at events and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide centralized support and maintain accurate donor and patient records.
• Support special projects to identify new donors and cultivate existing donors.
