Job summary

Vermont Foodbank is seeking a Donor Services Specialist to support the Philanthropy Department with accurate donation processing and data entry across fundraising channels. The role emphasizes timely donor acknowledgement, precise coding, and exceptional customer service while coordinating with Finance and other teams.

Ideal candidates will have 0–2 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong proficiency with donor systems such as Raiser’s Edge/RENXT, Omatic Cloud,

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in office, customer service, or related field required.
• Bachelor's or comparable experience required.

Responsibilities

• Enter donations daily across channels with accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter Lockbox and GoFundMePro gifts weekly via Omatic Cloud.
• Collaborate with Finance to reconcile gifts monthly.
• Respond to donor inquiries with exceptional customer service.
• Maintain and clean up donor records in RENXT/RENXT/Omatic Cloud as needed.
• Update acknowledgement templates and manage gift entry documentation.
