The Salvation Army ARC Command is seeking a Donor & Customer Communications Associate to be the first point of contact for donors, customers, and the public at our Call Center. You will handle inquiries about donations of goods and vehicles with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency, supporting the mission of The Salvation Army.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
