Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory in Mundelein, IL seeks a Donation Processing Associate to be the first contact for donors. You will greet donors, process donations, and keep the donation area clean and organized.

You will sort and load items, support production, safeguard materials, and help guide donors on pickup services. A high school diploma and strong English are required, with weekend/evening availability and ability to pass a background check.

• Support production processes as needed.

Join our team as a Donation Processing Associate where you'll be the first point of contact for our generous donors. This role combines customer service, donation processing, and mission-driven work to support The Salvation Army's community programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional donor service by greeting donors and offering assistance
• Process and track donations accurately

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds

• Work in various weather conditions (outdoor exposure)
