Responsibilities

• Contribute input on messaging, audience, and channel for fundraising communications priorities.
• Draft donor emails for full donor file and segmented audiences.
• Draft postal mail appeals including year-end and other donor-facing mailings.
• Draft stewardship communications for print and digital use.
• Draft social media copy supporting development and donor engagement goals.
• Shape content for broad-file and targeted donor communications, foundation materials, and partner communications.
• Gather information from staff to ensure accuracy and compelling content.
• Collaborate with Covenant House NJ development team and attend department meetings.
