Job summary

DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Communications Specialist to develop and execute initiatives for internal audiences. You will work across communications platforms in collaboration with leads to ensure consistent messaging and a unified organizational voice.

The role partners with stakeholders, manages cross-functional projects, and helps reinforce DonorConnect’s values and mission. Strong writing, strategic thinking, and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of three years in communications, marketing, or PR.
• Nonprofit organization and/or healthcare experience preferred.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with brand consistency.
