Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a dedicated team member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for sale at our retail stores. You will process items quickly, adhere to procedures, and help maintain a safe, welcoming donor area.

The role emphasizes accurate sorting, customer-friendly service, and teamwork, with opportunities for training and growth within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Examine and grade donated goods for sale in Goodwill stores.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Provide donation receipts to guests at donation time.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized donor door area.
• Adhere to safety and security practices and report hazards.
