Job summary

Global Roles is seeking a Donor Center Phlebotomist to assist with every step of the blood collection process at fixed site locations, creating a welcoming environment for donors and following safety procedures to collect lifesaving donations.

Paid training is provided, no prior medical experience is required though phlebotomy experience is preferred; duties include customer service, teamwork and being flexible with a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of one year customer service experience in public setting.
  • A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs, good manual dexterity, the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and adapt to long, irregular hours and frequent schedule changes are required.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft office applications.
  • Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.) is preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience is preferred.
