Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Clovis, NM to oversee daily donor-floor operations under the Center Director. You’ll lead by example, coach staff, ensure safety, and drive donor satisfaction while supporting rapid growth across locations.

You’ll partner on strategy, manage operations, compliance, and inventory, and help build a welcoming, high-performance team culture. Eligible for monthly performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Willingness to work day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations on the donor floor and ensure smooth donor flow.
• Partner with Center Director to plan goals around operations and donor experience.
• Coach team members in real time and lead by example.
• Monitor safety, quality and regulatory standards and support audits.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Recruit and develop team members and foster growth and accountability.
• Communicate expectations through regular team syncs and updates.
