Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager in Baton Rouge, LA to lead daily donor-floor operations and partner with the Center Director on strategy. Youll drive a safe, welcoming experience while coaching staff and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

The role offers up to $70K in total compensation (base $50K–$55K with up to 25% monthly bonus) plus benefits, and requires 2+ years of supervisory experience and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work day and evening hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations on the donor floor and ensure smooth donor flow.
• Plan and execute goals with the Center Director for operations and donor experience.
• Coach team members in real time and lead by example.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards and support audits.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Recruit and develop team members and foster a culture of growth.
• Communicate updates and align team on daily priorities.
