The role requires knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and experience with NexLynk donor management systems. You will train others and ensure compliance with quality systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized healthcare program (RN/LPN/Physician) or equivalent licensure.
• Current CPR certification and state license/certification to practice.
• Experience in hospital, field care, or plasma center settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical assessments, and informed consent in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Review and verify donor information and test results in NexLynk.
• Monitor donor reactions and provide care within licensed scope.
• Collaborate with center physician on abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Train as a Donor Center Technician I and support QA backup.
